Engineers of MCR have been working on a higher-powered motor, devoting themselves to lowering the noise, expanding the life and improving efficiency of motors. With the R&D Center in Wuxi, MCR has set up a sub center of drive and control technology in Shenzhen. High-qualified professionals are engaging in new product development as well as improving old ones in Wuxi’s R&D Center. New production lines are developed and facilities for exploring these lines carefully tested. 

With advanced tools and analysis method such as Finite Element Analysis, electromagnetic motor design is optimized, meanwhile, the efficiency and power of motor continue to get improved. We aim to manufacture highest-performance motors at the lowest cost.

In addition to standard motors, we make custom designed motors in accordance with their requirements. Reducer can be integrated with motor cover, while encoder and driver within the motor, all of which are done to further reduce costs.

MCR has professional motor driver and controller designers and can provide our clients with high-quality, low-cost motor drivers and controllers. Our core technologies include micro stepping motor, precision injection molding, precision planetary gearbox, encoding, electrical and systems engineering, product assembly and automated production technologies. With upgrading skills, we are in deep cooperation with institutes, universities and industrial partners.

Our future plan involves micro active magnetic bearings, linear servo motors and micro assembly robots. Our vigor and innovation will guarantee new driving technologies that help our company maintain a leading position in the motor-driven market.
